Antony Thier, MA, Psych, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who assists individuals and couples in attaining their wellness goals. Antony brings a life full of experience to his work as a Somatic Psychotherapist.

Antony has dedicated his career and personal practices in service to others; his multifaceted life experiences and studies support his perspectives and therapeutic approach.

He received his Masters of Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco and his Degree in Fine Arts at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He was a member of Boulder's Division 1 National Championship Ski Team. He is a certified Ski (USSA), Bike (USAC), Triathlon (CTC) race coach as well as a Certified Personal Trainer. 

In 2006, Antony founded HealThier Foundations, a Bay Area not-for-profit that provided therapeutic experiences, mentoring, and counseling to the underserved youth of the bay area.

In 1992 Antony was ordained a Zen monk at the San Francisco Zen Buddhist Center and studied Hospice counseling and organic farming while there.
